Artist's Statement:

This is a collection of small art studies of different metal studies. They are in different styles to match the metal so some are smoother so more blended while others are shinier or pounded metal, so I used the alla prima technique. Some small sections of pieces even have raised texture because I added thick paint to add emphasis. The still-lifes were set up and I painted them.
